Myers Commercial, Inc. (MCI) is a corporate real estate provider to tenants offering a comprehensive approach to commercial property development in the Southwest Region of the United States.
Myers Commercial was founded in 1983 in Dallas, Texas. MCI Started in the field of office tenant representation and has remained transaction oriented. We strategically negotiate in our clients best interests and position ourselves accordingly to the market conditions of today as well as in the future.
MCI is always looking for new and creative ways to service the corporate real estate needs of our clients, with their goals and objectives in mind.
We take advantage of the ever changing technology within our industry as we look for innovative ways to give our client the competitive edge. Our mission is to have our client completely satisfied once the transaction is completed.
Bob Myers

Bob Myers began his extensive career in 1979 under the tutelage of a small, local, commercial broker/ developer. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a degree in marketing from the University of Texas at Dallas. Myers Commercial (MCI) formed in 1983 to provide commercial services to the Dallas real state market.
For over 30 years, the Principal and Founder, Robert L. Myers has successfully established relationships focusing on the tenant’s best interest. Bob has specialized in representing corporations in leasing, build-to-suits, building purchases, dispositions, development and other facility related transactions.
Bob is an active member of University Park United Methodist Church, Salesmanship Club of Dallas, and the American Heart Association.
Jan Beeman

Jan attended the University of Arkansas and received a Bachelor of Science degree in education. Her career began in program development with a major in international tourism consortium. Her focus is working with tenants in all facets of their commercial real estate needs.
Lee Koons

Lee Koons is a Dallas native and attended the University of Mississippi, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. He made his real estate debut with Revere Commercial, Inc. (now part of SRS) working on various commercial brokerage projects.
Lee joined Myers Commercial in January 2009 and is specializing in office tenant representation. He is an active member of Highland Park Presbyterian Church, Neils Creek Wildlife management, and works closely with the Park Cities YMCA, and the Uptown Public Improvement District.
Chris Booras

Chris Booras, a local Dallas product, joined Bob Myers and the rest of the Myers Commercial team in January of 2009. As a recent graduate of Texas Tech University, Chris has used his degree in marketing to assist in the execution of project leasing and tenant representation assignments.
Timothy A. Davis

Timothy A. Davis is the Manager of the Houston office of Myers Commercial, Inc.
Mr. Davis joined MCI in 2007 in the development area and now is also responsible for providing Corporate Services including office tenant representation services.
Mr. Davis is a graduate of the Cox Business School at Southern Methodist University with concentrations in real estate and finance. His extensive real estate experience began over thirty years ago with the Henry S. Miller Companies. Prior to joining MCI, Mr. Davis had substantial management experience in commercial real estate finance, banking, insurance, managing a Commercial Real Estate Capital Funding and Mortgage Banking Corporation and was President of a prominent Houston bank.
His community involvement has included Boy Scouts of America, Director of The Pin Oak Charity Horse Show, Lifetime Member and Committeeman of The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and he is an active member of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church.
